The Space

Treat yourself to a luxurious stay at our newly built, modern Loft spaces in the heart of Nerul in North Goa!

The owner & builder of this marvellous abode has created some truly impressive spaces and ensured that the design and architecture of all the apartments and lofts fit seamlessly together.

This particular penthouse studio apartment sleeps 2 people and is on the top most floor of the building. Ideal for a couple, it has a cosy bedroom area with an ensuite shower. The bedroom leads onto an open plan seating & dining area along with the kitchen. There is a powder room / toilet which is provided separately to the shower area.

The best part…the apartment also has its own private pool and terrace! The terrace has 2 sun beds which makes this the perfect spot for a cocktail at sunset along with a refreshing dip in that fabulous relaxation pool!

The industrial-style windows throughout the space, with their black metal frame work, bring in tons of natural light. In the well appointed kitchen, you will find everything at your convenience to make whatever you need – from brewing a nice cup of coffee to whipping up a delicious meal! As an extra touch, for all you coffee lovers out there, all apartments have a stainless steel French Press.

As the bedroom leads into the living space, you will find a comfortable sitting area and a high table for meals along with lots of tasteful decor scattered throughout. You will also notice a handful of unique artwork that has been carefully curated. All of this adds to that contemporary feel of this fabulous home.

Guest access

During your stay you are welcome to enjoy your studio loft apartment and the studio pool, which is for your private use only.

You will also have access to the common areas of the property which include an outdoor pool and common outdoor seating on the ground floor which is shared with other guests. You will also have access to a car parking space.

Other things to note

Housekeeping staff will clean the apartment, once daily.

We change the towels once daily and the bed linen every 3 days and appreciate your understanding with regards to this. This helps us in conserving water and electricity which in turn helps us stay environmentally sustainable!

We collect a security deposit, which is usually the equivalent of 1 night’s stay. This is refundable upon check out provided there is no damage or loss to the apartment and its contents.

If you are stepping out for the day, please do leave the keys with the housekeeping team so they can clean the space while you are out.

Incase you are unable to find any amenities which are mentioned in the listing description, please do ask our front desk.

Our front desk is operational from 9:30am to 6pm.

The lifts go up to the 4th floor of this building. From here, the 5th floor penthouse is one floor above and accessible via stairs. Our staff will assist you with your luggage on arrival and departure.

In order to avoid attracting ants and other insects inside the apartments, please do not leave food lying out on counter tops and on the tables. You can store food in the fridge or dispose of it in the bins provided. You can contact housekeeping to dispose of the bins whenever they are full.

We do regular pest control to ensure a clean and insect free space but please note that we live in a tropical area and so from time to time, you may find insects coming into the apartment especially when food is left lying around or windows and doors are left open for long periods of time. Please be mindful of this and enjoy Goa for all its lush greenery and tropical vibe!

For safety reasons, we request all guests travelling with infants and young children to take extra care and caution near the pool area and near the ledge and balconies of all the spaces. This is the parents responsibility for the duration of their stay.

Goa is located in a tropical zone near the Arabian Sea. Because of this, we have a rainy season (monsoon) which typically lasts from June to September. The rain and the lush greenery is a welcome change for many tourists visiting each year! However, it is important to note that electricity outages do happen from time to time during the monsoon and for this reason, we have inverters/power back up at the premises.

Incase of a power outage, the back up will power only the lifts, some fans and lights but not any other high voltage appliances such as Air Conditioners.

While the power back up is on during a power outage please do try and use only the fans and lights that are necessary at that time. This not only conserves electricity, but also prolongs the running time of the inverters.
